How much does shipping cost? 
Your shipping fee depends on your method of shipping.

The goods will be shipped within 3 business days after the payment has cleared.

Here are some rare instances where shipments will be held at Customs and this may prolong the delivery time. Please note that this is beyond our control.

Who do you ship through? 
We ship using a variety of different carriers. We do this to utilize the most efficient and economical method of transport for your goods. Currently we use EMS. need other carriers,please contact Support@108nodes.com.

Can I ship to multiple locations? 
If you wish to ship to more than one location, you will need to place an order for each individual shipping address. It is not possible at this time to input more than one shipping address per order. 

Which countries do you ship to? 
We ship to most countries. If for whatever reason we cannot ship to your location, our Customer Service representative will contact you. 

Why do special items take longer to ship? 
The shipping cost does not cover any local taxes, import duties, or customs clearance costs levied by your government. The buyer is responsible for these import-related costs. Please check with your local customs office for more information. 


What kind of packaging do you use to ship? 
The type of packaging used to ship varies due to the needs for each specific item. When shipped from our warehouse we assure you we take the most careful approach to make sure your items arrive undamaged. 


Damaged or Defective Products 
Contact us if there is any damage to your package. Please notice that:

- We DO NOT cover the return or exchange goods for change of mind.

- We DO NOT cover the return if you have ordered the wrong size or color. 

- We ONLY cover the return if the package is defective or damaged in shipment.

- Returns must include a receipt and the items must be in original condition, including tags and labels. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will refund for you within 7 business days.

- Shipping charges are not included in the refunded price.

- Customized and personalized items are not returnable.

- If you received the wrong item, wrong size, or if you receive an item that was damaged during transit, we will reship your order at no cost to you. There is no need to return the wrong or defective item. All reshipment requests will be reviewed and processed within 3-5 business days.
